About

I chose to open this page with a carousel of photos I’ve taken over time. This format invites you to wander and discover what slowly reveals itself – much like a communication project built step by step. These images offer a first glimpse of my perspective: a taste for balance, natural textures, and soft contrasts.

My name is Camille Perrin, I design communication tools that combine clarity and emotion, working mainly with institutions and associations. My approach is both sensitive and intuitive, firmly rooted in real-life contexts. I treat visuals as a language, to make messages clear and create connections. Passionate about narrative forms and knowledge sharing, I develop accessible, vibrant tools aligned with the values of those I work with.

My background spans institutional, nonprofit, professional training, and digital design fields. While diverse, these areas share the same demand: to communicate with meaning and impact. With experience in universities, banks, and associations, I’ve learned to tailor messages to diverse audiences and create customised strategieswhether institutional, educational, or event-focused. Today, I advocate for communication that is both strategic and committed, serving meaningful projects.

Field Stories

📅 December 2021 to January 2025

🏛️ Université Paris Cité, 75006 Paris

As part of the SMARTS-UP Graduate Schools program at Université Paris Cité, I led the communication efforts for all 28 Graduate Schools, working closely with academic and institutional teams.

I designed and launched several dedicated websites, developed a communication strategy tailored to academic goals, created a wide range of visual materials (flyers, calendars, brochures, digital visuals), and wrote editorial content 📝- including articles and press releases – to highlight the program’s initiatives.

⚙️ I also helped organise Graduate School events (SMARTS-UP) and coordinated a hackathon.

A rich and rewarding role ✨ combining design, editorial strategy, and project management.

📅 October 2020 to June 2021

🏫 Nextformation, 75015 Paris

During my Web Designer training, I created a website from start to finish for the association HelloAda: starting with the visual identity 🎨 and carrying through to full deployment 💻

I worked on visual design (usability, interface, branding) while also handling the technical implementation. This experience also allowed me to take part in project management: identifying needs, planning, monitoring, and making adjustments.

👉 A complete project, at the intersection of design, user experience, and precise coordination.

📅 December 2018 to June 2020

🏛️ Centre des Professions Financières, 75008 Paris

As Communication and Resources Officer, I held a cross-functional role combining communication strategy, graphic design, and event planning.

I developed and rolled out several communication campaigns, contributed to the website redesign 🌐, and managed the organisation’s online presence through community management. I also created visual materials tailored to different audiences and platforms, while overseeing CRM (CiviCRM) 🗃️ management.

A key part of my role involved coordinating large-scale events (conventions, conferences, forums) gathering over 300 participants.

Lastly, I trained and supervised a team, building strong skills in management and knowledge sharing 🤝

📅 April to September 2018

🏦 La Banque Postale – Financial Center, 13003 Marseille

📍 Communication Department

During my internship in the Communication Department, I had the opportunity to contribute to major projects from the very beginning.

I took part in the planning and organisation of an internal convention gathering 400 employees, as well as various workplace well-being Quality of Work Life events 🌿

I also created several internal communication materials: graphic design, writing, and even promotional video production 🎥- from shooting to editing.

🎯 A valuable first experience, combining institutional rigor with creative expression.
